Journaling: According to Wikipedia a guilty pleasure is something one considers pleasurable despite feeling guilt for enjoying it.[1] Often, the "guilt" involved is simply fear of others discovering one's lowbrow or otherwise embarrassing tastes, rather than actual moral guilt. Fashion, music,[2] and food (especially unhealthier foods high in sugar and/or fat) can be examples of guilty pleasures.[3]So do my love of books and my latest distraction on the internet, Facebook, count as guilty pleasures? Only if I feel guilty about indulging in them. So I guess the real question here is whether or not I feel guilty about them. The answer is probably mixed depending on what I should be doing when I am giving into the temptation. Now my addiction to chocolate, coffee and scraping the pictures of my life I will never feel guilty about giving into.Credits: Colie's Corner/Oh Snap at GP http://www.gottapixel.net/store/product.php?productid=24155&cat=0&page=1 .
